THE OPENNESS ACT

The Transparency Act entered into force on 01.07.2022. It promotes businesses' respect for basic human rights and decent working conditions, and ensure the public's access to information. Nordic Season Products AS has for many years focused on human rights and good working conditions through our membership of BSCI. The work is well anchored in our sustainability strategy, overall policy and governing documents. ​

As a member of Amfori, we work closely with our suppliers and are required to have a sustainable and safe production line - and good working conditions for employees at our partners. Nordic Season is ISO certified and member of BSCI.
